Over 20,000 Appraisers, Brokers, and Realtors all participated in the survey.

New law promotes access to free credit report
A recent amendment to the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires each of the nation wide consumer reporting companies to provide you with a free copy of your credit report, at your request, once every 12months.
You can order you free credit report starting March 1, 2005 (Ohio). Online at-www.annualcreditreport.com or call 877-322-8228
Once you receive your report, review it carefully for fraudulent accounts or inaccuracies. Dispute errors found immediately. Learn about disputing errors at http://www.ftc.gov/credit
